Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients: 

1 bunch of Asparagus
2 Oranges
2 Lemons
aluminium foil

Instructions: 

Pull off 2 sections of aluminium foil with plenty of room to roll over the asparagus.
Cut woody ends off the asparagus and divide into 2 batches on the aluminium foil.
Using a potato peeler, peel the oranges into long strips, place the peels on top of asparagus.
Squeeze lemon over asparagus and peels.
Salt and Pepper.
Roll the aluminium foil over the asparagus, keeping it flat, and crimp together.
Grill on high heat for about 15 -20 minutes a side.
